If international shipping is available for your location, applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Eastway Mart is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.


Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Eastway Mart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
